One Sweet World

Warning - lazy post! I want nothing more than to sink into my bed right now, so I'm just posing pictures. I'm getting very far behind on my blogging since I've been taken so many pictures lately. More to come soon!

These are picture from photography practice sessions. I learned a lot at my class. I used birthday (I had a fabulous birthday!) money from my mom, dad, mother-in-law, and father-in-law to get lots of photography goodies. The instructor gave us a list of some things that could help us get started. They are slowly trickling in the mail. I got my first thing in the mail today. I'm really looking forward to learning lots and getting started!

We did a girls' night on Saturday. We went to downtown Clermont and had dinner. I didn't really have good cooperators. but I did get some decent shots. :)

Colin and I went to San Jose's for our 6th anniversary, and my mom set the stage for these pictures. I think the second one is corny, but funny!

Grace made out like a champ for her surgery. It really is amazing the difference we see in her. We do see an improvement with her speech and communication, but the drastic change is her behavior and personality. She is so much happier now that she feels well. She has lots of sass, dramatic effects, and attitude! She actually had her follow-up appointment this morning, and she's doing great! Erin also had an ENT appointment. She spiked a fever on Monday night with no other symptoms. Today the ENT diagnosed her with a viral throat infection. She seems to be doing fine tonight, so I think she's on the mend.

We did a little rearranging in our house, and Jack upgraded to a big BIG boy bed...a queen-sized one!

This was taken the day after Grace's surgery. She wasn't really wanting to take it easy. In fact, she talked me in to letting her attend VBS. We ended up picking her up an hour later because it was too loud for her new ears!

This was taken after we picked her up. We headed to BJs for a shopping trip. You can see she is feeling just fine!

Our baby gate went through the dry wall, and all of the kids were enthralled with the repair job!

I've been getting a babysitter for 2 hours on Colin's shift days...not every shift, but for some. This day we headed to the library to go see Ronald McDonald put on a magic show.
