We are still here and doing well. I have lots of pictures to share from the last month+. Hopefully I can grab a few extra minutes during Christmas vacation to get that done. But the real reason I'm here today is because...
Happy 6th birthday Jack!!!
He's grown up so much this year. He's always loved art, but he's really become a great artist this year. His left-handed self definitely got a creative gene! He is a lover of all things ninja. We hope to put him in karate soon. One of my favorite things about Jack is his love of learning and sense of curiosity. He started kindergarten and can read and write. He loves to follow step-by-step directions on how to draw certain things and also how to do origami. He loves nature and all things outdoors. And he has the best memory of anyone I know. He remembers things that occurred YEARS ago. His extremely strong, strong, strong will is going to take him far one day!!! As always, I can NOT believe 6 years have passed by.
I'll edit to add things today, as we celebrate. We are doing birthday donuts and presents this morning and then getting his "hotdog with a cookie next to it" (see interview below) dinner tonight at Fudruckers and then going to see Santa at Bass Pro, where he is going to spend his birthday money from Great Grandma McCormick.

What makes you really happy? when people surprise me with really cool things
What makes you feel proud? When Erin and Grace think of smart things and start to read and be an artist like me
What makes you feel excited? When I ate meatloaf, I was really excited for my toppings on my ice cream.
What makes you feel sad? What makes me feel sad is when the girls don't share, and it hurts my feelings. But when they share with me it makes me more happy.
What else would you like to say? I'm happy that I'm almost 6, and I hope that people have a good life. I hope that Grace and Erin will be okay. I hope they don't get hurt. I love my whole family, and that's the end. And I love God and my whole entire family and I really really love them. With all my heart.
